Refund policy
At DFO, we strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review the policy below.
Returns Due to Our Error
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or different item than what you ordered, we will gladly provide a free replacement or a full refund.
To qualify:

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear photos or a short video may be required for verification.

DFO will cover all return and replacement shipping costs.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will either ship a replacement or issue a full refund.
Returns for Other Reasons
If you wish to return or exchange an item due to a change of mind, dislike of the color or design, incorrect size selection, ordering the wrong product, or any reason other than our error, the following conditions apply:

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all original tags attached.

A return or exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Please include a copy of your invoice and mention the reason for the return or exchange.

The customer is responsible for returning the item via a traceable courier service or registered post at their own expense.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Refunds or exchanges (if approved) will be processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for items that:

Have been worn or washed.

Are missing their original tags or packaging.

Are damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.
Refund Processing
Approved refund requests will be processed within 15 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

Return & Exchange Process

Contact our customer support team by email or phone with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request.
2. Prepare Your Return
Pack the item securely, include a copy of your invoice, and clearly mention the reason for the return or exchange.
3. Ship Your Item
Return the merchandise using a traceable courier service or registered post to the address above. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Inspection & Resolution
Once the returned item is received and inspected, your approved refund or exchange will be processed within 15 working days.
